August 7- Deputies from Chatham County Sheriff's Office and the Air National Guard conducted a marijuana eradication operation on Tuesday in the North Chatham area. A total of three plots were found containing 160 plants ranging in size from 3 to 4 feet tall.
The plots were located near Tobacco Road off of Mann’s Chapel Road in a large wooded area. The plants were seized and destroyed. Value of plants at maturity is $320,000.
