On April 1, Sara Froning, 54, of 315 Wilkinson Creek Lane, Chapel Hill was arrested by Corporal Chris Marioles of the Chatham County Sheriff’s ICE Team for Driving While Impaired. She was released under a written promise to appear in Chatham County District Court in Pittsboro on April 23.
On April 4, Dax Patton, 20, of 2580 Farrington Point Road, Chapel Hill was arrested by Corporal Matthew Morrison of the Chatham County Sheriff’s ICE Team for Driving While Impaired. He was released under a custody release to appear in Chatham County District Court in Pittsboro on May 7.
On April 4, Jeffrey Franks, 29, of 1760 Harold Andrews Road, Siler City was arrested by Deputy Jerek Payden for Larceny from a Motor Vehicle and Possession of Stolen Property. He was jailed under a $5,000.00 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court in Pittsboro on April 9.
On April 5, Tanga Scotten, 36, of 138 North Richardson Road, Siler City was arrested by Deputy Stephen Cook for communicating Threats. She was released under a written promise to appear in Durham County District Court in Durham on April 30.
On April 5, Mary Barmore, 42, of 132 Tall Oaks Road, Chapel Hill was arrested by Deputy Raymond Morgan for Damage to Property. She was jailed under a $750.00 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court in Pittsboro on April 16.
On April 6, Elizabeth Carey, 47, of 2001 Old Graham Road, Pittsboro was arrested by Corporal David Scott of the Chatham County Sheriff’s ICE Team for Driving While Impaired and Speeding. She was released under a written promise to appear in Chatham County District Court in Pittsboro on April 30.
On April 6, Peter Tanner Jr, 27, of 231 Country Estates, Apex was arrested by Deputy Raymond Morgan for Communicating Threats and Attempted Breaking and Entering. He was jailed under a $500.00 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court in Pittsboro on April 16.
On April 6, Caldarious Smith, 21 of 1017 Morris Road, Pittsboro was arrested by Deputy Brian Overman for Interfering with emergency Communications. He was released under a Custody release to appear in Chatham County District Court in Siler City on April 22.
